Managing Public Notices in WordPress

Public notices are managed through our NoticePress plugin. If it isn’t installed on your site yet, reach out to our team and we’ll get it set up for you.

The submission form

Customers fill out the notice, pick their publication dates, and pay by card, right on your site. No account needed.

Reviewing a submission

Go to NoticePress → Submissions to see everything that’s come in, along with payment status and requested dates.

NoticePress submissions dashboard

Open a submission to review the notice text, the uploaded PDF, and the requested publication dates before it goes live.

Publishing the notice

Notices land as pending posts, already dated for the day the customer requested. Just hit Publish when you’re ready.

Once published, it looks like this on the site:

Got a notice by email instead?

No problem. Go to NoticePress → Add a Notice and fill out the form yourself. It’ll show up right alongside the ones submitted online.
