How to retrieve a receipt or invoice as a subscriber

Subscribers can download invoices and receipts directly from their My Account dashboard.

1) Direct the subscriber to login to their account and select “My Account”.

Select “Manage billing”.

Select the invoice.

Download the desired documentation.
