On rare occasions, a subscriber might complain that they’ve been double-charged but you only see one payment for them in Stripe.
Nine times out of ten, they’ve created a secondary account and used the same credit card. To locate the other account, find the last 4 digits of the credit card in Stripe for them.
Search all payments under the last 4 digits of the card. In our example, your search would look like this: last4:2263
This will return all customers in Stripe with cards matching these last 4 digits. Be sure to check the customer details, as multiple customers can have the same last 4-digit credit card number.
